How much exposure your listing gets is more up to the individual REALTOR® you hire than the brokerage.

Successful marketing of your home starts with an accurately filled in listing in the MLS - we do look up school information, tax bills, plats and make sure everything is up-to-date.

Great pictures can help sell homes and bad pictures can prevent it! I hire a professional photographer and I will not publish pictures that don't meet my standards.

I am a blogger! I will write blogs about your home, neighborhood, open houses etc. to maximize exposure and I also maintain several social media profiles. Blogging examples: Four Corners Neighborhood in Silver Spring, MD: Northwood Park, Turn-key condo close to the Metro, Glenn Dale home with impressive owner's suite, For Sale in Woodbine: 11 acre private retreat ... just browse my blog at Active Rain [fair warning: I've been blogging since 2011 and it may just suck you in] and you will come across a number of posts advertising my listings and selling my clients' homes! 

According to the National Association of REALTORS 90+% of homes are sold through online exposure, cooperating REALTORS and good ol' fashioned networking. I regularly attend meet-ups and I'm a member of Mom's Inc. of Silver Spring, MD.

I've chosen to concentrate my marketing efforts online and on networking. In order to achieve the best possible results I will also market the traditional way through open houses (if desired).
